We are a team of everyday people, accomplishing extraordinary feats in the name of health, longevity, and camaraderie. Led by Pedro Torres, NASM C.PT., who's athletic background in Football, Wrestling, Martial Arts, Track & Field, Dance, and Pilate/Yoga, brings a unique, challenging, experience. OH, and it's fun!

Those who train in the group environment here gain strength, endurance, balance, agility, and new level of awareness. This is not a CrossFit Gym. Although, many Olympic Strength & Power Training Movements popularized by the recent CF surge are combined with agility/cardio drills. This type of training encourages adding lean mass, fat burn, and OVERALL athletic improvement. 

Training like this is essential. Obstacle course races are the foundation of what we train for year-around. We believe in the balanced athlete. One who is able to overcome adverse environmental challenges. Heat, wind, hilly/mountainous terrain, cold conditions, extreme distances (13 +Miles), pulling own body weight over walls, overcoming mental fears, and so much more.

Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Warrior Dash, Seattle Rock & Roll Marathon, Tri-Cities Half-Marathon, Badger Challenge, and many 5 & 10k's are some of our featured team events.

Pedro is a great trainer, not only does he push you to limits you didn't know you had but he also becomes your friend. We have had many laughs and exchanged many stories with each other over the years and it's just a blast. Without Pedro I don't believe I would be where I'm at today, playing at Sacramento State for volleyball. I really recommend training with SED Fitness and Pedro as well as the other trainers, you learn techniques and fundamentals of the body and workouts, you push yourself more and more every session, you sweat like crazy but feel great, and finally, the coolest thing is you get to train where superheroes train.

I discovered SED Fitness May of 2017 when I started training for the renegade rage. The environment and energy of Pedro and all the other wonderful people I met there was so amazing and only made me want to push harder. After renegade rage was done I pushed myself even harder and started going to boot camp 3 days a week. So far I have lost 23lbs. I suffer from bad anxiety and Pedro not only helped me with my fitness and weight loss goals but he helped me retrain my mind and reminded me the way we think is a huge part of who we are and how we react. I not only lost weight but my anxiety has been so much better. My body, soul, and mind feel amazing and I look forward to continuing my journey to better myself and live a healthier more positive life. I highly recommend SED Fitness.
