HIIT & boxing-style sessions

These high-intensity workouts combine cardio and explosive movements to build endurance, power, and agility. It rapidly boost metabolism and energy levels; long-term, they improve cardiovascular health and overall athletic performance.

Mobility & Recovery

These sessions focus on improving joint range of motion and muscle recovery through targeted movement and breathwork. It reduces soreness and injury risk; long-term, it supports longevity in training and functional movement.

Strength training & Open gym

Structured strength workouts and open gym access allow for progressive muscle development and skill-building. It increases muscle tone and daily strength; long-term, it builds sustainable physical resilience and metabolic health.

Mindset sessions + Community events

These offer guided reflection, goal-setting, and social connection to support emotional and mental well-being. It enhances motivation and reduce stress; long-term, it fosters accountability, confidence, and belonging.

This membership will run from June 20th - September 20th. 

Yes, friends are welcomed! They are also welcome to the same opportunity if they meet the eligibility criteria. 

All levels are welcomed! We provide training programs for this type of membership so you have a plan to work from. 

No, you do not have to commit past September. You are welcome to explore our various memberships. 

Yes, if you are under the age of 18 you are required to have a parent/guardian signature.
