200-Hour yoga training

Welcome instructor Lo Nathamundi in this incredible 200-hour Yoga Training. Lo has travelled the world and taken 1000s of hours in traning, from Yoga, to Qi Gong, Acroyoga, Thai Massage and Meditaton.

This trainig is perfect for those interested in gaining knowledge, experience, and practice to TEACH and CREATE A Yoga Practice of their own. However, if you are only looking to gain some experience and fun on your free time or weekeds, we got the perfect solution for you. 

We offer several package options catered around your needs. 

  • Full 200-hr Program (120 sessions)
  • 2, 3 & 4 Day Theme Program Passes (48, 72 and 96 sessions)
  • Individual Day Passes (consists of 24 sessions)
  • Foundations Pass (12 sessions)
  • Class Passes (includes 5 or 20 classes and/or calendar week or month) 
  • Single Classes (90 minute sessions)
