Senior Functional Movement (S.F.M) is the perfect class for Elderly 65 and above. A group class created to meet the needs of a mature body to age gracefully. We focus on FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT to improve quality of life. Mobility, coordination, balance, strength training and stretching exercises are key components of S.F.M.
